Return and Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Products & Services

All furniture and interior works provided by Comfort Oak are made-to-order based on client-approved designs, measurements, materials, and specifications.

Custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

This includes:

  • Custom furniture
  • Modular interiors
  • Full home or office interior projects
  • Any product manufactured to customer-approved specifications

2. Order Cancellation Policy

a) Before Production Starts

  • Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
  • Any advance amount paid may be refunded after deducting design, consultation, or administrative charges, if applicable.

b) After Production Starts

  • No cancellation or refund will be permitted once production has commenced.
  • This includes raw material procurement or manufacturing initiation.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer
  • Order cancelled before production (subject to deductions)
  • Inability to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances from our end

✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is delivered with manufacturing defects or transport-related damage, customers must notify us:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery
  • With clear photos or videos as proof

After verification:

  • We will repair or replace the affected part or product at our discretion
  • Refunds will be issued only if repair or replacement is not feasible

5. Design Approval & Accuracy

Once a design, layout, material, and finish are approved:

  • Comfort Oak is not responsible for changes in taste or preference
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or grain are natural and acceptable

Such variations do not qualify for return or refund.


6. Delays & Force Majeure

Comfort Oak shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Material shortages
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation or logistics issues

Delays under such conditions do not qualify for refund.


7. Installation & Post-Installation Issues

  • Any concerns post-installation must be reported within 7 days
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling are not covered

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom-made furniture and interiors
  • Approved designs and drawings
  • On-site services
  • Consultation fees
  • Any product marked as “custom” or “non-returnable”

9. Changes to This Policy

Comfort Oak reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.
